Artisan Verification (KYC)
Your KYC application is reviewed within 1–3 business days. If it's rejected, you'll receive an email explaining why and can resubmit with the required corrections.
Payments & Payouts
Payments are held in escrow until a job is completed. Payouts to your mobile money or bank account typically process within 1–3 business days. Contact us if a payout is delayed.
Job Disputes
If you have a dispute about a job (quality, non-completion, payment), raise it through the job details page before escrow is released. Our team will review and mediate.
Shop & Rentals
For issues with orders, returns, or rental disputes, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. We'll work with the supplier to resolve it.
